2.FEATURE:
Improves balance, mobility, strength, and motor-skills by exercising on the pad with one or two legs, performing yoga poses, or standing on the mat at home or at work. Doubles as sitting chair "cushion" for back support or extra height. Can also be used in recovery or physical therapy settings or as mat under the arms, knees or elbows during planks and pushups.
Larger than most balance pads, the generous size gives you more room to stand, sit or exercise.
Our top recommended thickness, the thick pad offers optional cushioning which helps additional engagement of the muscles in your core, legs, and other areas of the body while performing exercises such as lunges, squats, and other exercises.
